Case to be debated in the Court of Protection, regarding a lady who no longer has capacity to consent to sex, and her husband who still wants to have sex with her.

Quote: "I cannot think of any more obviously fundamental human right than the right of a man to have sex with his wife - and the right of the State to monitor that".

Why word it like that? Why not 'I cannot think of any more obviously fundamental human right than the rights of a couple to have a sexual relationship'? Why is it a man's 'right' to have sex with his wife?
