Caroline, I am honestly almost in tears looking at your Twitter feed tonight.

Her kids have been doxxed by the good doctor.

She is continuing to receive harassment from TRAs. Someone has just sent a pizza to her house.

We all need to get behind her. They think she's a weaker target because of her Catholic views, I'm sure. Let's get on Twitter and report everyone that is sending her abuse.

If the OP feels anything published by me on this thread is inappropriate then she has legal remedies. In exactly the same way as I have such remedies.

Caro, Just to offer you support. I see what is happening, we all do. It is amazing how offended certain groups of people are by words but when the shoe is on the other foot all of a sudden it is just banter and just words.

Tip for anyone: if someone says they personally feel threatened by your language on a thread about them, stop and leave them alone.

This of course does not apply to generic topics of discussion, non personal threads etc.

My deleted post referred to a violent history as has been widely referred to in the public domain and a ‘smashing blouse’ which is a homage to Rik Myall. Funny what gets allowed to pass here.

The subject of this thread is engaged in exactly the sort of behaviour of which you and your friends complain. You are entitled to your view, and I am entitled to mine. That is "debate". Apparently, that is what you want.

For anyone who posts, caro, there are hundreds who lurk. Believe me. There are hundreds of thousands of women right now on this particular board.

Barristers, judges, police officers, journalists and MPs.

Good law is worded in simple English and is pretty easy to understand. It is generally very logical and straightforward and makes lots of references to intent.

When talking about stuff like this understanding the concept of public interest is also pretty useful.

I must say that this thread has been very useful in terms of helping me think.

The political nature of this is also highly enlightening.

Not at all. You are entitled to your opinion and I have to accept that you do not agree.

Past convictions for disorderly behaviour, indecent assault and dishonesty. You don't get to decree that these are not relevant to how people perceive you

Regardless of a name change, any person with convictions does not get to erase them or say they have no ‘current convictions’ as if that’s somehow relevant, even if they obtain a GRC. A persons criminal past is never erased.

@stephLDS18 I see where you're coming from there, I honestly don't understand when people think they're in a little safe space, it's a huge massive international PUBLIC forum that's open for everyone to read.
Sometimes people that get spoken about on MN are actual MNers themselves (not specifically aimed at this board, just in general) it's not all hidden away like some like to think, it's real, actual people.

I have no such convictions. Repeat it all you want it does not make it true. Smear me all you like, I do not care. As I said earlier the person who made the original post on here stating that (in November 2018) will shortly be identified as the Defendant in those proceedings does not oppose my application for an order identifying that individual ;)

This is a support thread. You are invading it. Nobody wants a debate. It’s here for support to a genuine MN user. It is my subjective opinion your only intention is to bully, to centre yourself in a thread offering support to a woman who has been harassed for months, and because you seek attention. That is my ‘subjective opinion’. It also aligns with your tweets calling this a ‘battle’ and using ableist language, as well as referring to us as extremists. It is my subjective opinion your own advocacy is actually what is extremist. Forcing yourself into a space you are not welcome. Repeatedly.
