- the solicitors asked the TW what form of address/name they should use.
- TW failed to respond to this
- solicitors then wrote to TW using birth (presumably legal) name
- Ombudsman (ombudstranswoman, shurely: ed) ordered solicitors to pay compensation for hurty feelings.
