The Times Law section has a good article on the complexity of trans prisoners

Basically saying that isolating transwomen prisoners is not an easy answer. All the comments support women. My favourite comment along the lines of, why is where to put TW prisoners anything to do with female prisons, as TW are men.

The comments are certainly better than the article.
