Can someone explain to me if this is correct? And if not why not?

Been watching a UKIP comms video about trans women in women’s sports where they predicted trans women would eventually dominate women’s sports. What I want to know though is what the interviewer saying about Trans Ideology correct? I’m honestly quite ignorant when it comes to the reasons behind this as until recently it was something I had never even thought about. m.youtube.com/watch?v=5JgA01qmUKw

I'd rather not watch a 17 minute UKIP video - can you summarise whatever claim it is you'd like fact checking?

I too have no desire to show traffic from Mumsnet to UKIP.

yes, not watching a UKIP video I'm afraid - can you be more specific about what you mean by 'Trans Ideology'?

I suggest you do a bit more reading and educate yourself out of your ignorance. There are plenty of resources online that will give you the information you are requesting

www.mumsnet.com/Talk/womens_rights/3145470-Break-it-down-for-me - this thread has a lot of great information for your research OP.

I have just watched the video and it didn't just cover sport, it also took in transwomen in women's prisons.
Lots of good information for someone new to this topic, but a lot of people will probably dismiss it as hysteria and lies because of the source, which is a great pity because it was all pretty accurate.

AndyOldLabour,

Yes I agree. It is a shame people don’t listen to what is being said because of who is saying it. I have noticed this is becoming more common nowadays too, especially with young university students. It just leads to echo chambers where each side doesn’t understand the other and often just sees their political opponents as ‘bad people’ rather than as people with a different political opinion which they understand but disagree with.
