I really like this. It's clear and logical and acts as a really useful starting point to challenge your own school policies if necessary.

Hopefully this thread won't be 'hidden' like the article I started a thread about yesterday Hmm

As the safeguarding flaws are very evident as soon as you look at the training materials it is amazing that Headteachers allow these groups over the threshold. Of course, the DfE suggesting that schools contact the lobby groups will be the reason.
They really should be aware of the chances of this blowing up in their faces - but that won''t happen until the first school is dragged through the courts by the parents of a child transed by a school with no parental knowledge. Then the floodgates will open but until then...

Fermat

My Monopoly money identifies as sterling. Just because my bills don't have a picture of the Queen on them doesn't make them any less valid: not EVERY piece of currency in the world has a picture of the Queen on them. There are all sorts of ways for currency to express itself. But banks are a hotbed of transcashphobia. People in my NatWest branch actually laughed at me!

All I want is the right to become the person I truly am with my Monolopy money and the Ferrari it could buy me -- I've known since I was three years old, playing with a little plastic car, that deep inside I was a Ferrari-driver.

And what does it hurt anyone else if I do? How does my Monopoly money and my Ferrari affect anyone else?

But haters have to hate -- smh.
