The EHRC released updated guidance on sex discrimination and gender reassignment discrimination yesterday (www.equalityhumanrights.com/en/equality-act/protected-characteristics) but the pages are currently down. Has anyone had a look at these yet?

Do you think that they may be re-writing their advice on exclusions from single-sex spaces, in the wake of the furore around Women's Sport?

Marking my place.
Tentatively hopeful.

I fear they will be taking back the changes they recently made.

How do we know they are updated and not just having a random technical meltdown? Seems to be the same thing on the all the protected characteristic pages.

GerryblewuptheER · 20/02/2019 14:59

This can't be good...

Good point Candid. I was looking for their documentation this morning and got all excited that the last updated date was yesterday. Looking at the site again a lot of things seem to have been updated yesterday so it could just be a random technical thing. Apologies for getting everyone excited if it is.
