In the US there is a massive problem with black MTF transpeople contracting HIV and not being able to access diagnosis or quality ongoing healthcare (due to various intersecting reasons around race, class, culture and fear of stigmatisation).
That’s the kind of issue that I would happily stand beside transactivists in campaigning to resolve (not under the banner of women’s rights & feminism, as something else. Lumping Transwomen in with women does everyone’s health and well-being a disservice), but I don’t see anyone talking about it beyond specific HIV/AIDS charities?
