Caro - I have no idea why the police keep brushing off your complaints. I'm sure you have already explored these avenues, but have you contacted your MP? And complained to the police force about their lack of action?

I wish the journalists who reported the ridiculous treatment of Harry the Owl and glinner would pick up Carol's story to raise how the police have chosen to take sides on this.

I’m putting in a complaint this weekend. I still haven’t officially been told the outcome of the investigation!
