So Banksy's been outed as GC. What with Marilyn recently coming out as GC too, this has been a good week.

I don’t think it is a banksy. Not clever enough- if the words have been added later it’s just a stencil copy of Girl with the Pearl Earring. Seems a bit bland and meaningless for banksy.

That was my initial thought, but if it were Banksy, that would add an extra layer to the message. Not that it should need one, but that's the point we're at.

The girl is a banksy. She's been there a few years. Someone added the words in exactly the same colour. I'm impressed

My assumption would be that Banksy is super-woke but I'd be delighted to be proved wrong.
