Feminism: Sex and gender discussions

Can anyone help find a podcast talking about feminist issues in a (possibly sizeable) nutshell?

I have a male friend who knew nothing about the GRC/woman = adult human female/TRAs etc, and is very keen to learn.
I said I'd send him 'a link'.
He doesn't have time to read though; when he isn't looking after his rambunctious child he's working - he has a driving job.
He listens to audio books when he's driving so a podcast or two would seem a good idea but I don't know where to start, as I would always rather read than listen and know nothing about actual podcasts.
Does anyone have any ideas? I need pointing in the right direction.

It's not instinctively a feminist podcast but your chum might be interested in some of the related topics that crop up on the #Blokeology podcast?

There were plenty of gender-critical suggestions on this thread:

The 3 hour interview with Dr Jane Clare Jones pinned at the top of her twitter. It's academic and theoretical but gives a good idea of the loony tune nature of some of the ideas behind. But not everyones cup of tea and v long! I'd recommend but not as the first point of call.

Some of the wpuk talks are excellent. One by Kristina Harrison and one by Kathleen stock. But they are YouTube so I don't know if that's practical re downloading.
