So Leeds Uni is holding a 'workshop' on reforms to the GRA. What would you expect an academic workshop, with the imprimature of a serious research University, to look like? All interests represented? Balance? Acknowledgement of complexity of issues? Respectful disagreement? Er..
I embrace that they are holding this workshop. As per Prof. Stock, given that there is not a #nodebate or #noplatform issue involved (as when other speakers decline to attend, say, a WPUK event) it would have been interesting if they were holding a more academically rigorous discussion given the seniority of the staff involved.
