Ace news ladies, another thing we don't need to worry our pink brains about.

Worried that women and men in the same org might not be getting paid equally?

Want the org you work for to be more transparent about pay? Want to see more ladies in senior or executive positions?

Well it is all fine. Now we have the GRA happening, and Pip Bunce etc on the girls team, the stats will say there is nothing to worry about, fight for or take your employer to court over.

So hang on, this isn't about penis obsessed feminists being mean to people in the loos?

It would be extremely helpful to have pay figures broken down so we can see

natal men vs natal women
natal + trans men vs natal + trans women
trans vs non trans people

That would show the extent to which biology, gender and trans-exclusionary/transphobic policies or culture interact. Would be very useful in the current debate and to ensure fair treatment for all employees IMHO
