Some thoughts:
Firstly, do transwomen really need a leg up in STEM? Lots seem to do exceptionally well in IT, engineering etc.
Second, a natal women who identifies as non binary will be intelligible? Seems wrong as what the policy means is that a man in a dress is eligible, but a woman in trousers who identifies as non binary is not. Surely this a breach of the equality act.
