Melanie McDonough article in the Telegraph today: www.telegraph.co.uk/news/2018/09/02/transgender-politics-world-say-thing-true/?li_source=LI&li_medium=li-recommendation-widget

Lots of GC comments underneath, as well as a fair few "what is this madness?" where you can almost hear the scales falling from their eyes...

Seems like there is a bit of groundswell in the MSM for the GC position at the moment. I wonder whether this was planned, or whether recent events with JB and AC have allowed articles that previously wouldn't have been published to be put out there?

I can’t read the whole article.
I think there is the beginning of a change in both opinion and the general populace realising what is going on and saying no, this is not what we want and that they have to stand up against this.
I am concerned that it is all too late, I think that there are questionable policies that have been embedded in so many organisations that will never be rescinded, we will be fighting this for decades to come.

Flowers to Melanie M, once more, for her inimitable analysis of the ridiculous but dangerous.

The comments are growing. The posters are posting links to other aspects of the Gender business. One poster says that he lost his job by using the wrong pronoun.

Without strikingly forthright pieces from MM, and a growing list of journalists, we might never have got to a place where our fears and anxieties were listened to.

Here, have another Glitterball glitterball, MM

One poster says that he lost his job by using the wrong pronoun.

I think this person was discussed on here a while back (the name matches). He's a doctor who was sacked by the DWP for refusing to use pronouns that weren't linked to the person's sex. He's religious and argued that he was being required to relinquish his religious beliefs as well as his medical knowledge that people can't change sex.

I am hopeful that it is not too late, ImPreCis and that the consultation closing date is near enough for people to be motivated to act to comment and fill in the document once they hear about it, rather than putting it off to do later.
