Three news stories recently that feel personal to me but are also not an anomaly:

www.bbc.co.uk/news/amp/uk-politics-44028473

Grandparents

www.bbc.co.uk/news/amp/world-europe-44981430#referrer=www.google.com&amp_tf=From%20%251%24s

Mother jailed

www.bbc.co.uk/news/amp/education-44628179

We're making this shit up

Every one of these articles has felt like a personal attack

To my situation at least but like I said I don't think I'm alone. Abusive x check. Grandparents who think they are owed my DC despite their reprehensible behaviour in light of X abuse. No one will believe you anyway.

We're seeing a full scale attack on two fronts, safeguarding and benefits; and as a result the rights of women and children are being eroded.
