Birth canal is my new word

This distinguishes it from a neovagina. I might add that birth canals also are multifunctional unlike some modern garbage which just awaits cocktail insertion.

All in all I am proud and happy that I am the proud owner of a birth canal.

That is a good one. In my own quest of trying to find alternatives, I stumbled my new word: Eurotophobia - the aversion to or dislike of female genitalia

I am considering whether to start calling certain trans activists eurotophobes, considering they get so upset over "pussy hats" and the like.

Birth canal is preferable in another way, even without the trans issue. Vagina is the Latin for sheath ; thus our anatomy is defined in relation to the male, as a sheath for the mighty male sword!
Which makes it a pretty good term for the neovagina since that is basically designed to accommodate the penis.
