Elected Member Lesbian Bi Trans Women and Non Binary People’s Champion

Leeds City Council now has a lead member for LBT Women and Non Binary People.

Said lead member has openly denounced the lesbians at the London Pride March, on Twitter, claiming they spread hate.

I intend to ask her some questions. Including why her new title isn’t just Lead Member for Absolutely Everyone.

Just had a browse through her twitter - I see she can’t spell “devastated”

What will she be doing with her time? Apart from anything else these sorts of jobs give me the pip. Her salary could pay for someone in the community assisting with safe discharges of vulnerable elderly from hospital for instance, freeing up beds. Or more Sexual health clinics - on radio 4 yesterday discussion of how funding for these clinics is being cut, whilst demand goes up exponentially and prospect of some antibiotic resistant new strains. Just a thought.

Usually councillors are not salaried.
