I really like this. It's great marketing. I don't care if it's cynical. I don't like teens growing up thinking they have to strip away everything under their eyebrows.

Yes I like that - I don't shave at all myself but I am not trying to conform to our culture's standard of femininity. there is enormous pressure on girls, teens and young women to be completely hairless and just allowing for the possibility of noncompliance is quite revolutionary.

I keep forgetting not to use Google sorry

Fab advert! I never realised that mens shaving adverts show them with hair to be shaved and ours shows us shaving. ... freshly shaven skin!

speakingwoman · 01/07/2018 08:53

Love it

hungryhippie · 01/07/2018 09:03

That's great!
I don't generally shave, but occasionally do my lower legs because the skin is bumpy and its the best way to exfoliate them.
Its refreshing to see a company showing women's body hair in all its glory, even the lesser talked about areas such as toes and bellies.
I can just imagine all the male comments of, "eww its disgusting" as usually happens when a woman 'dares' to show her body hair.

OvulaRasa · 01/07/2018 09:05

It's good to see images of natural women, however it is as hypocritical as the like a girl adverts firmó Always that continues to use, as any other sanitary towels, blue liquid for menstrual blood.

Aridane · 01/07/2018 09:07

What’s wrong with google?

Passmethecrisps · 01/07/2018 09:09

I have seen the advert on my FB feed and while I love the advert I find the comments below it so depressing. “Who has that much hair?” And sick faces. Women have hair shocker

Pratchet · 01/07/2018 09:21

Re: Always. They have a great new ad on girls that miss school because they don't have period products. Girls. Girls. So far as I can see, no 'people who have periods' rubbish.

Love this. Smile

Prachett yes the always ads cheer me up no end. "3.5 billion WOMEN on the planet..."

Well quite! At least they still seem to know who they are advertising to.

WhereDoWeBeginToCovetClarice · 01/07/2018 12:46

That is a lovely advert. It is amazing that it suggests you don't have to remove body hair - I wonder if it will make people want to buy the product?

MrsJayy · 01/07/2018 20:56

That is amazing uk adverstisers have women either veeting or shaving skin my Dd just laughs at the ridiculousness of it all
