We can't do all three. For women to exercise discretion, transwomen will be required to disclose.

I think they need to stress that existing women only spaces and services comply with the law and are protected as a result. The 'case by case' comment just leaves the door open for current services being sued.

You can't identify into another class. It undermines the Equality Act, and self ID will make it unworkable.
