Why are there so few women peace negotiators?

Of course what we all know is that war makes money for some people, and helps keep certain people in power. But still.

Thanks for the link. I spend most of my life negotiating peace like a lot of women. We'd be pretty good at it I reckon.

Because it’s a big important job with status.

Interesting for sure - and I am sure we would have many women who would be great at it, but not get the chance (because not born male). Possibly even the same skill set as getting a bunch of toddlers to quiet down and behave?

It is certainly not women creating the majority of these conflicts - so the be-penised crowd show their lack of qualifications for the job really. And goes to explain why so many conflicts are happening all the time.

Probably because women aren't listened to or respected (in that way) in so many societies that are conflicted.
