I did, and I used the open letter from Mermaids, stonewall et al as a template. Every point they made I rebutted. No response yet though, but I did get one from the right department about 5 weeks after I wrote to Amber Rudd.

I did too, but I don't know if I had a reply or not as I've written to a few people & it's not always clear which one the reply relates to. I got one reply from an 'unmonitored account'.
