I went to the linked article, and a commenter says, "People probably were this prejudiced about gays in the 1950s. We got over that, we'll get over this." (I paraphrase, from memory.)

Big difference:

gay rights are about applying civil rights equally to gays. Nobody loses by it.

Trans demands are to define women and use their space.

That is NOT an equal application of civil rights. No other group is denied the right to self-define. Only women are supposed to erase themselves for the sake of others.

Sample size of 1000ish generally considered fine but credibility depends on how they are selected, as in it should be representative of the population.

And not with self selected contributees like that one oft quoted by Mermaids and Paris Lees.

There is a ton of info out there from workplace harassment to unis not reporting crimes to the police and punishing students who go outside the internal system for adjudicating infractions.
