I was objecting to the Hitler references, and the inference by the above poster that his sense of sexual entitlement was related to having one ball.

DH lost a testicle to cancer. It has made not one scrap of difference to our sex life, DH's self esteem or his views on the commodification of women's bodies. Which is how I can tell the tweeter was a creep before he lost his ball, and is now a creep with a very lame excuse.

I am deeply saddened by the number of women cheering this wank stain on. :(

Frumble - re. DH. I sometimes misjudge tone and wasn’t intending to offend with my flippancy.

In my ex’s case, I think his one ball was relevant to his attitude, as he saw himself as some kind of defective man and inherently unlovable by women. I did my best to persuade him otherwise, but ultimately there was only so much sulking and whining I was willing to put up with.

I've spoken a little about my abusive ex on here before, but one of the worst aspects of his personality was that he used prostitutes and was very unashamedly open about it. He swung between the view of they were so attracted to him, sex addicts - " they loved fucking for money! " and that he was simply paying for a service, like having his shoes cleaned . Laughably he is in a " feminist " band, very much so of the liberal feminist variety. And they all know that he's raped hundreds of women for money and they think he is wonderful! It's disgusting. So this is happening at a local level too sadly...

No worries. I'm a little sensitive about it, I'll admit, because cancer is always grim. Fortunately, DH is, as I say, secure in his manhood (probably due to having more enlightened views as to what "manhood / masculinity" actually comprises) and remarkably phlegmatic about his "incompleteness".

The tweeting wankstain, using the idea that losing a bollock gives men a sort of "special needs" status when it comes to sex to justify his actions, perpetuates the damaging attitude that made Sporadic's ex such a pain in the arse.

I should add that I'm not denying anyone's right to feel self-conscious after surgery, or that having your genitals operated on might affect your feelings about sex.

But in the context of the original tweet mentioning it comes across as such a non-sequitur. Most men like having their balls stroked, however many they have.
