I just had to Google DARVO. Definition for anyone else not sure what it means:

Any health problem or illness women claim to suffer from is a fantasy. Treatment is not needed as the disorders they claim to suffer from do not exist.

Any health problem or illness men claim to suffer from is a legitimate physical disorder and medical treatment is given.

I find the demand that the illness be treated as the patient wishes but it must never be referred to as an illness because it invalidates the delusion they need to have affirmed particularly revealing. Om nom nom, delicious word salad is delicious.
