It is still there - along with various anti-Semitic posts too.

Does anyone know which government agency specifically deals with people who attempt to perform FGM on British girls? That's who this needs to be reported to. If this person is in the UK they can presumably be followed up with by the police.

They aren’t taking them down and the poster is just putting more of them up.
Is this a possible police matter?

You dont need a Twitter account to report, but you do need to supply an email address

And they don't exactly make it easy. I couldn't get any links to the tweets to copy properly so just reported the person. I mentioned the anti-semitism also.

Kubra Jawher has a Facebook page as well. I don't understand Facebook and don't have an account - do you have to log in to see the full site?

And, afaik, FGM is really more associated with being part of some of the older African cultures, than just one 700 year old religion.

Felt like an odd emphasis for someone who's meant to be a genuine proponent.

Infuriates me that accounts like this and the horrific @/brutalmaster are left standing, while feminists are deleted.

This is pertinent: You can get up to 14 years in prison for carrying out FGM or helping it to take place.

Let's hope the NSPCC act on it. Twitter most likely won't, because the dudebros working there don't care.

I've just checked and I've had an email back from the NSPCC saying they have received my message and are investigating but that they will only contact me if they need to. That seems quite positive.

The feed is also anti-semitic (opposition to FGM is a Zionist , anti- Muslim conspiracy) but I suppose anti-semitism doesn't seem to bother some people these days either.

The screenshot has the time I snapped it. The actual image of the "Reported message" in the twitter feed has no time on it. I've attached it- (again the time on surrounding area is just the time I snapped it.

I've seen people sharing the tweet on twitter to try to raise awareness that twitter won't take it down. It's a disgrace!

Twitter is run by sexist dirtbags. My nephew worked there for a while and this sadly does not surprise me at all. Pursuing legal options would probably be the better solution since the tech dudes mostly see no problem with this.
