TiMs in womens shelters, any links?

Could anyone please help? I've tried looking through previous threads here as I know there were links (thought I had bookmarked) there were some examples of womens shelters in Canada who were having difficulties with having to accept TiMs, thank you in advance

I know of 2 cases;
A convicted sexual predator falsely claimed to be transgender and preyed on women at two Toronto shelters
