Has anyone seen the latest episode from the 16th Feb of Room 101 with Chris Kamara on it? He's on at 4 mins 58.

www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer/episode/b09s52fr/room-101-series-7-episode-5

My boyfriend and I were watching and were shocked at how this was allowed to be broadcast without any form of debate as it's so stupid.

Kamara's pet peeve is when men don't give up their seats to women on trains, as part of this he put women (not even just pregnant women) and senior citizens into the same category. Does he think that women are so weak that we can't stand???

Why did no one on the show call him out on it?? Nish Kumar is usually brilliant on the Mash Report but said nothing; Roisin Conaty was clearly uncomfortable with this but said nothing; and Frank Skinner barely questioned it but just said at the end that if you try and give up your seat you're likely to be head-butted by feminists...

Does anyone fancy complaining to the BBC?

Yes I saw it and though it was bonkers, and really surprised it wasn't shot down more.
It didn't occur to me to complain to the bbc, but it was incredibly sexist, so I guess we should
