Have been having a look at some of the accounts I'm blocked from. Quite a revelation. They are going somewhat ape about Transgerdertrend's advice for schools.

AngryAttack on the Google results thread there's a trans ally shouting how paranoid and hysterical we are thinking TIMs are over represented in tech.

It would be useful to have evidence? Anything out there?

I'm sure TRAs are constantly on at Justine for allowing such "hate speech" but somehow she hasn't caved yet. Mumsnet threads are linked to all over the Internet.

There was the TRA who used to work for Twitter and go to all the women in tech events to speak about being a woman in tech who was only let go after being charged with raping his ex wife while they were separated. Don't remember the name of the TRA at Facebook who was behind the 57 flavors of gender option, but they have an actual internal group that works on that kind of stuff.

It's hard to pick out specific examples because again the industry is full of them. The trans woman who attempted to take over the occupy hashtag and caused a huge internal mess? Google employee, I believe.

I get what they call "shemale" porn on my tumblr account along with other porn spam several times a week. Everyone on tumblr who is considered a terf is targeted with porn.
I am guessing that one of the trans advocates recognized the man in the spam Yardley was sent and called it revenge porn because thy shared it.
These are not honest people. They are abusive males. They use DARVO tactics constantly.

The fact so many of them are in tech is really creepy. This utter knob has been nominated as a finalist in the Redhat Women in Tech Award despite having faced none of the structural barriers that impede women in tech. To add insult to injury, he's a very nasty transactivist who inspired the "British Terfs Out" letter from Feminist Ire and who spends a lot of time on social media hunting down said terfs.

They also get together and mass report everything in ways that will bugger algorithms. A Woman's Place documents now get a Twitter warning if you click on the links to get to them. And I have noticed several gender critical blogs now get the same when I visit them.

The next step, which I'm sure they're already working on, would be to take advantage of the attack on net neutrality in the US and try to get the ISPs to block gendercrit sites.

They clearly don't actually read read any of mn as I've never seen any thread wanting to be anti vax survive for long... most of mn is very pro vaccination.

They clearly haven't read any of the threads about 'trans children' either nor the posts from transwomen who also share concerns about the way children are being led down garden paths, none of it is trans phobic. It just doesn't agree that the 'mermaid way' is the 'right' way.

I wonder if they've picked up yet that many here feel the gender spectrum infographic is both homophobic and racist?

In a lot of ways I think this is why mumsnet has become so important in terms of allowing discussion of these issues, because when it was getting going TRAs didn't think it was important and probably found it boring so it wasn't infiltrated in the same way.
Perhaps this helps explain why Britain has been the only country, so far, where women have really mobilized against TRAs.

Resurrecting an old thread, but... I just found out I'm on the list, too! I almost never tweet anything gender critical. Hadn't even 'liked' anything GC for weeks. I must have been added because of a couple of people I follow. Unbelievable how keen they are to shut down debate. This feels like the McCarthy era!

Is it worth a mass report of TerfBlocker for harassment? I think encouraging people to block you should count as harassment.
