I'm waiting for a judge who in their closing statement has the guts to actually ask the ACLU (since they're the ones bringing the majority of these cases in the US) why the feelings of the other students don't matter.

Just goes to show it is all about validation not fear, otherwise why refuse the offer of a private stall.

I don't really understand this compromise though - if Nova changes in a private stall in the girls' room then I suppose it's a good start that girls won't be exposed to naked penis, but it doesn't prevent a be-penised person viewing naked girls on their way to and from the stall (presumably there's lots of communal girls' changing for this attempted compromise to have any point to it!).

I suspect plenty of girls will still feel uncomfortable with this, despite not seeing a male body changing.
