Just found this. Have never read/listened to Spiked before. It's late (for me!) so will just do some bullet points of what they cover -
- talks about lack of debate and use of TERF as a slur
- importance of sex-segregated spaces
- the transing of children who would previously be gay/lesbian
- discusses how trans movement is not akin to gay rights or civil rights in America. (For one, TRA have the support of nearly every Establishment organisation.)
There are some things I think some on here won't agree with, such as the need for women's officers in the first place. Also, the danger that males present to women is glossed over.
Also I didn't know that already you can go back and change your gender on your birth certificate.
