This is the french cartoonist who did the “mental load” cartoon. I think one is great too, on mother and fathers’ different working lives and “presenteeism”.
She argues that in most cases working long hours (usually fathers) is a form of “personal comfort”, with pay offs at work but at the expense of one’s family.
