Nick Robinson, on the other hand, is busy defending sharing Gove's words in a tweet because he did so 'without comment' - spectacularly failing to see that's that's kind of the point...

It's what he really thinks. The apology means nothing except that he wishes he'd thought about it first. I think you can tell an awful lot about people by the off the cuff 'jokes' that they make.

What I find particularly hard to fathom is that I don’t think this was off the cuff. Gove notoriously prepares meticulously for everything, and this came across as pre-planned to me.

Ugh. Gove. Words fail me. Just as bad is the the other men's response/non response.

And people wonder why women often don't come forward when sexually assaulted.
