Thanks for this link. I think the book sounds very well worthwhile. I hope JB manages to get some extracts from it in the media - I admire her tirelessness in gathering evidence for campaigning.

My admiration for Julie Bindel has grown over the years. I find her writing a bit abrasive sometimes and I certainly don't agree with everything she says. But boy, is she tenacious. And brave. She's worked tirelessly to support women who have been abused and exploited and hasn't been afraid to speak out about the iniquities of sex work or the insanities of transactivism - despite being constantly no-platformed, verbally abused and threatened with violence for her views.

Yes she's brave. She's clear and calm in argument too. There's a good clip of her on the web being interviewed on sky news after the Jenni Murray thing. Her co interviewee (a trans activist) says 'many trans women are scared to be interviewed by jenni Murray' and I love the way Julie bindel scoffs! 'Women are raped and murdered, and your friends are frightened of being in a studio with Jenni Murray!' Smile
