Thoughts?
Already heard the "well he is more experienced so deserve more pay" or "he is more senior" argument.
Doesn't hold for me. They have the same role. In my company people get paid according to rank. Not years of experience. Of course the two are positively correlated, but it's rank that matters.
Of course they could argue that he does have more experience and brings more viewers and is harder to replace, brings more viewers. But I am not sure that is the case so glad they didn't try to do that.
