aah! but after a bit of googling i have found that this one was real. The same tagline was used in 2008. I just don't understand how advertising companies get away with this, how?

Extremely young? No, i don't think so, i thought she looked a bit like Mariah Carey actually, not that she is but just that she is obviously an adult. The source doesn't say where the advert was used although a similar one with the same tag line was used in Ontario for two adverts featuring a woman and a man separately.

I must be getting old as she looks like a teenager to me. I'm sure she's old enough to be in the ad though, I'm not suggesting they've used a 14 yr old model or anything.

Neither is "official" advertising material from the companies concerned. The Aston Martin one was something one dealer commissioned off their own bat. It's crap though.
Not sure about BMW, but Aston Martin has a very defined set of brand values that does not include T&A.
