is there anything we can do about sexist spam emails?

I get loads.
I get enraged and upset about child abuse ones (teenage or 'young blood) ones, espcially ones which are very explicit in the title.
of course I delete without opening them, but apart from spamfilter what can be done?

I never get stuff like that.

What mail client are you using?

Never had any like that and I have a 'spam' email account I am quite happy to share.

Is there any chance someone has signed you up to some upsetting email subscriptions?

it started after a forum (another one) was hacked.
I sometimes would like to take screenshots to the police but know that probably nothing can be done.

Probably little you can do other than set up a new account. I don't get any spam on my Gmail or Windows Live accounts and just the usual "Nigerian Bank account " ones on a third account I keep for things like forums.
