I find the conclusion of this article shocking, the writer agrees that Travolta's behaviour is inappropriate but suggests the women should play along as he is a powerful older man

That article is, um, well, shite really.

BC photobomb was funny because Bono is a bit of a git, who's so far up himself, he needs a snorkel to breathe. Manhandling 2 women who really don't want to be manhandled isn't funny. It's weird and creepy. Was he high?

That is a vile article. The independent does sometimes give unexpected viewpoints like that, I guess they see it as being "independent" rather than sticking to a consistent view.

Once more it plays on the idea that these men can't read body language. They can. They just don't care.

Women's boundaries are there to be crossed, after all.
