Such a shame she and Chisholm lost their friendship.

We should all write a book about 'amazing women you really should have heard of'. What a fascinnating story and, as Damsili said, why hasn't someone made a film of this yet?

What a women!

The ABC (in Oz) recently did a drama series called ANZAC Girls which was about Aussie and Kiwi nurses on the Western Front. I foudn the script and some of the acting a tad tedious but stuck with it because it was so good to be reminded of the bravery and strength of women particualry as we so rarely hear their stories a little about one of the women in the drama
it's worth a watch.

Oh and she sounds great! and would be happy to watch her story.
