I though FWR regulars might be interested in this piece linking and discussing the DPP's reasons for declining to prosecute doctors apparently offering abortions on grounds of gender.
I thought there was a lot of shooting the messenger at the time this was reported, with people condemning those who said this was not a breach of the Abortion Act as though they were actually endorsing gender abortions. Now it seems the DPP has effectively agreed with that position.
