Any ideas on a book for my 18 year old dd, I think she has an emotionally abusive bf

Hello, first time over on this side!

Witnessed some unhealthy behaviour on Wednesday with my dd and her bf. It was surprising as normally she is a very confident and independent young lady.

However I know emotional blackmail when I spot it so I'm going to have a chat with her Shen she gets back from visiting his parents.

I was wondering if anybody knew of any good books that she could read that could help her see what was happening rather than her feeling it just me over reacting.

Thanks

sometimes focussing on what a good relationship looks like is better than pointing out the faults because she won't be defensive of her BF but can draw her own conclusions. (probably teaching you to suck eggs)
