Are customers going to sue lads mag vendors?

Even though there are no changes in the law, lawyers are saying that people who feel harassed or degraded by lads mags in shops can sue the retailers for sex discrimination/harassment using the current laws. Is this going to lead to people taking legal action - (they p*ss enough people off)? In other words, have people wanted to take legal action, but didn't feel confident that it would go their way until now?

I read something about it...there was mention of shop assistants who were not comfortable handling them and who could sue due to that. Being made to handle sexually explicit material could be viewed as harassment surely.
