I am not sure why I am surprised that Louise Casey the government advisor has made this statement....
Are fathers anything to do with troubled families?
The media are only responding to ask why large families are being targeted as opposed to asking why `mothers' are to blame.

Misogyny is so ingrained that even educated journalists don't notice it.

It made me snort. I thought it was 2012 not 1912.
