If so she wants a kick up the twinkle. I am in hot flush hell and it is NOT romantic and it is NOT fucking empowering either.

Maybe she's of the generation for whom birth control was either unromantic rubber or hormone-messing early versions of pill - liberation from those might improve the romance?
