Any feminist events or meetings about?

I fancy going to one and now radfem seems to have been closed down, I'm wondering if anyone knows of any others? In the London area. Surprisingly I couldn't find any on the ukfeminista website as I am in north London and the feminist groups within reasonable distance are not suitable as I am neither older nor black...

The newly-formed Christian Feminist Network are holding our first public meeting in Southwark Cathedral, London on Saturday 1st December 2012 from 2pm-4.30. We invite individuals and groups concerned about gender inequality, feminism and faith to come along. We?ll share people?s ideas and vision for the network and spend time getting to know each other. Drinks will be provided. We hope to have a crèche so if you are planning to bring children please let us know how many and what age and we will try our best to provide childcare.

If you?re interested in coming along please email us on [email protected]. Some of us will go for a drink or food after the meeting, and everyone?s welcome to stay for that too.
