if a crime happened many years ago and justice wasnt done-does that mean that it cant never be done?
how long are records[at police station]kept for?
how long is evidence kept?
how long are witness statements kept for?
she was raped/buggered/beat up and then strangled untill she was nearly dead.
she somehow managed to crawl out of there and a friends mum found her laying in the street-she was battered and her clothes were ripped.
despite all this-the two male detectives went on and on and on at her for hours accusing her of making it up because she was scared of being pregnant by her black boyfriend[they was also racist]-she had never slept with her boyfriend.
they finnally let her go-and come to her house a few days later and told her mother that they had knocked on the rapists door several times but he didnt open it-so basically-that was that-they also warned the girl not to pursue it as "everyone would find out about what happened to her"!
during these "interviews"the girls mother was present but she wasnt a reliable adult person-she had severe mental health problems!
a short while after this girl run away as she was so ashamed-the police eventually picked her up-gave her a six hour grilling[without a break]then took her to a girls borstal for being a naughty little girl!
after she came out of there-well-because of all this-her life took on a string of nasty events![and more abuse]
these days she is strong but still has the anger-maybe its this anger that helps her never to give up.
after all this time-would it be possible to catch this piece of shit?
and although the detectives are retired-could someone be accountable for this injustice?there was so much proof but all they was interested in was the fact that she had a black boyfriend-shameful!
is there anything she can do?she still remembers every little detail.
