Since you mention your own cleavage and it's decency or otherwise, I think the reader would need to be pretty dim not to construe that as a comparison with the disembodied sexualised body parts in the photo. And even dimmer not to understand the connections between women involving themselves in this type of 'compare & compete', the self-consciousness and insecurity it causes to all women and the resulting benefits to men's sense of entitlement to physical security and ego-driven arrogance.
