Vince Cable et al are getting rid of requirement for orgs to consider flex working requests.
What planet is he on?!?! How does that help support families? How does that help the economy? If they really want more women 'up top' then enabling part-time working helps women to stay working if they are interested in progressing. And doesn't he realise that organisations benefit from p/t workers.
I am almost shaking with anger!
