Desperate for pelvic/prolapse help

Hiiii!
Right, I'll try to be brief...

Had my child three years ago, labour was complicated, since then I've had issues with needing a wee all the time. At the time, a consultant said my pelvic floor was a 3/5 🤷🏼‍♀️ She sent me for acupuncture which didn't work, and gave me exercises to do (I saw her over 5 sessions, and it was only the 5th that she said not to tense stomach when doing the exercises AND that the acupuncture should feel a bit tense - so it was kinda of all a waste of time). Since then I've had medication - not worked, used a perifit - not worked, used eggs - not worked, continued to do the exercises - not worked. AND TODAY I NOTICED A PROLAPSE!! Something is sticking out! I was a very healthy woman who used to workout a lot, for three years I've not been able to do anything. I've now been on a waiting list for a year to see a urologist again.

Has anyone got any advice?? Should I go private?
