Strange sensation + burning feeling

I never had any issues down there, 2 uncomplicated pregnancies, 2 elective C - Sections. Had Trush once while pregnant but that's it.
This morning, I woke up 5am from a very strange sensation down there, inside vulva - burning (but no itchy),spazming. I sat down and it felt like my intestines will fall out. Very intense "pushing " from inside feeling + burning .Checked myself on mirror, no changes. No discharge, no smell. But I have minor cramping all day.
No sex in the past two months, divorcing husband.
What a h*ll is going? I simply googled symptoms but can't find an answer, as if I would have discharge, could be STD ,etc.
Any ideas?

Part of menopause, often starts in peri.

I have Lichen Sclerosus and if you read about it, the main symptoms is itching. I have never had the itching. Mine began with weird feelings. My anus felt like there was a party of ants in there, or an alien had inserted an electric probe. My vulva felt like it was burning and pulsing and that the skin was peeling off.

It is worth asking GP if it could be this?
